Lourdes Relyea brings 40 years of excellence to the hair industry. As a master hair cutter and blow drying expert, she’s known for creating stunning looks that complement each client’s unique features.
Her true passion lies in education. Lourdes teaches aspiring stylists not just cutting techniques, but also vital skills like:

- Developing positive stylist-client relationships
- Delivering exceptional customer service
Her workshops blend technical expertise with business savvy, helping stylists and salons thrive. Lourdes’s impact extends beyond individual hairstyles to shaping the professionalism of the entire industry.
Ted Crowdis
After years of starting and running his own companies, Ted takes great pleasure in guiding his clients through the challenges of opening and operating small businesses. His primary mission is to assist business owners in properly setting up their ventures and providing a framework that helps them grasp the practical aspects of running a business from making informed decisions about entity formation to partnership considerations and operating agreements, ensuring owners avoid future complications.
He offers practical solutions to business owners’ everyday questions. Additionally, he provides work agreements, independent contractor agreements, business proposals, leases, and more. With degrees in Nursing and Business Management and experience as a business broker, his most valuable credential is his extensive real-world experience.
